Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a CT Technologist/Radiology Technologist to perform CT and X-ray imaging across multiple facilities. You will operate imaging hardware, support physicians, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role requires ARRT radiography certification, CT registration within 12 months, and 2+ years imaging experience. Travel to various sites is expected; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• State certification as a radiologic technologist and ARRT registration in radiography; CT registration within 12 months.
• Current BLS certification; 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience preferred.
• Proficiency with imaging hardware/software and PACS; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures including CT and X-ray with minimal supervision.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment such as X-ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Support physicians and staff with technical care and patient interactions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; notify physicians of results.
• Maintain logs and records in paper and electronic formats.

• Travel to multiple facility locations and participate in staff meetings.

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment such as X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS systems.
• Assist physicians and staff by providing technical support and patient care throughout the facility.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and laws; notify physicians of results.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and records in both paper and electronic formats.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under supervision, perform lab testing, and maintain supplies.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance, quality control, proficiency testing, and recordkeeping.
• Travel to multiple facility locations and participate in staff meetings as required.
