Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a PRN role at Baptist South. The position involves preparing rooms and positioning patients to capture diagnostic images, collaborating with nurses and physicians, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring safe, accurate care for patients.

Responsibilities include performing high-quality radiographic procedures, maintaining a positive demeanor with patients, and reporting to the Lead Technologist on shift.

Formación

• BLS certification required.
• CRT license with DOH clearance or equivalent.
• ARRT radiography credentials required (CI preferred for some roles).
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT certification.
• RCIS credential is preferred for cardiovascular imaging.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-quality radiographic procedures.
• Promote goodwill with coworkers and provide comforting patient interactions.
• Report to the Lead Technologist on shift.
• Maintain compliance with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Be comfortable working with pediatric patients.
• Identify, prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

Licensed Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - DOH Required

Registered Technologist in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography, ARRT (CI) Required

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - CCI – Cardiovascular Preferred
