Vetted Solutions is seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist to perform general diagnostic radiographic procedures for both adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients, operating Siemens, Samsung, and Carestream equipment, and conducting imaging in-house, OR, portable, and ER settings.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate degree or higher, be ARRT registered, and possess applicable licenses (including Illinois IEMA where required).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• R.T.(R) ARRT registered with applicable licenses.
• Licenses as required, including Illinois IEMA certification if applicable.
• Preferred: 2+ years of radiology experience and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment, deliver high-quality imaging services.
• Perform radiographic imaging independently across departments (in-house, OR, portable, ER).
• Assist with procedures in emergency and surgical settings; work in ER and OR imaging tasks.
• Occasionally assist in the operating room and in ER with advanced imaging equipment.

Role Overview

Seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist responsible for performing general diagnostic radiographic procedures on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting independent imaging examinations, including in-house, OR, portable, and ER settings, using Siemens, Samsung, and Carestream equipment. The technologist may work evenings and overnight shifts, primarily Monday–Thursday, and occasionally assist in the Operating Room.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment, providing high-quality customer service and instructions.
• Perform radiographic imaging independently across various departments.
• Handle portable exams and assist with procedures in emergency and surgical settings.
• Work independently in the ER and assist with in-house and OR imaging tasks.
• Occasionally work in the emergency room with advanced imaging equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and ARRT registered.
• Licenses as required, including Illinois IEMA certification if applicable.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience and CPR certification.
