Job summary

Henrico Doctors' Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Radiology Technologist PRN to join our imaging team in Richmond, VA. You will obtain diagnostic radiographs and support safe imaging procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This role requires ARRT-R radiography certification within 1 year, Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days, and a vocational school graduate credential. You will work with experienced staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with radiation

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• Vocational School Graduate

Responsibilities

• Obtains quality radiographs of patients in an acceptable timeframe.
• Complies with radiation safety guidelines. Operates radiographic equipment safely.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform all necessary computer operations.
• Render patient care in a professional and courteous manner and always identifies patients utilizing proper protocol.
• Prepare examination rooms for radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
