Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiologic exams per physician orders and to use RIS/PACS systems efficiently. The role includes assisting with teaching students in the Radiologic Technology School/Program.

Qualifications emphasize strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently, with a current Indiana license or ARRT registry eligibility and registration within six months of hire.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Current Indiana Radiologic Technologist license or ARRT registry eligibility; ARRT registry within six months of employment.
  • 1–3 years of radiology technologist experience preferred.
  • If no active ARRT registry, must be radiology student permit with program completion.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic radiologic exams according to physician orders.
  • Utilize Radiology Information System and PACS effectively.
  • Assist with teaching students in Radiologic Technology School/Program.

  • Perform Diagnostic Radiologic exams and procedures according to physician orders.
  • Utilize the Radiology Information System/Picture Archiving and Communication systems effectively.
  • Assist with teaching students of the Radiologic Technology School/Program.
Your Exceptional Skills And Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • If do not currently possess an active ARRT (R) Registry and only an active Radiology Student Permit by the State of Indiana, must have documentation as a graduate of radiology school or radiology program required.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred
  • Required: Current license as a Radiologic Technologist by the State of Indiana and current ARRT (R) Registry OR Current active Radiology Student Permit by the State of Indiana and be ARRT registry eligible.
  • ARRT (R) registry and Radiologic Technologist License by the state of Indiana must be obtained within six months of employment
