Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Full-Time General Radiology Technologist (Imaging) to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment and conducting imaging exams independently, including portable tasks, with a focus on quality patient care.

Day shift, four days per week, with no on-call or weekend requirements; on-the-job training provided for new grads.

Qualifications

• Optional MR/CT/MRI experience is advantageous.

Job description

Seeking a Full-Time General Radiology Technologist (Imaging) to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting imaging examinations independently, including portable and on-call tasks, with a focus on quality patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing patients and equipment for procedures, providing clear instructions with professionalism.
• Executing radiographic imaging examinations accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborating with medical teams using advanced diagnostic tools.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or Trade School equivalent; current enrollment in Radiology School acceptable if within 6 months.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))) and BLS certification.
• No prior experience required; experience preferred but not mandatory.

Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of radiologic procedures and patient communication.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols.
• Optional experience in MR, CT, or MRI is advantageous.
