Responsibilities

• Conducts general diagnostic radiological imaging studies of patients under the direction of a qualified physician.
• Positions patients for demonstrations of correct anatomy/pathology.
• Operates radiation-producing equipment and electronic radiology systems.
• Prepares patient room, equipment and medications; maintains supply inventory.
• Explains examinations and procedures to patients and completes department documentation.
