Job description
Hourly pay rate offered: $28.00 - $43.40. The hourly rate is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Position: Radiology Technologist
- Sign on bonus: $5,000
- Location: Evanston
- Full Time/Part Time: Part time
- Hours: Fri 10:30pm-9am, Sunday 10:30pm-8am
- Required Travel: no
- Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
- Perform radiographic exams
- Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality
- Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner
- License: IEMA licensing required
- Education: Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program
- Certification: CPR certification required. ARRT registry eligible required within 1 year of employment
- Experience: Previous radiology experience preferred
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
