Job summary

Sanford Health in Rapid City, SD, seeks a Radiologic Technologist to provide quality diagnostic imaging across clinic, hospital, ED, and OR settings. You will work with fluoroscopy, surgery, orthopedics, general and emergency imaging to support radiologists, with opportunities to advance into CT, MRI, and mammography.

The role requires ARRT-certified technologists, radiologic knowledge, and BLS. A CNA or ND licensure specifics may apply; driving may be required.

Qualifications

• ARRT-accepted program required.
• Knowledge of radiographic principles and image quality control.
• Registration with ARRT required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging examinations with quality images.
• Ensures accurate patient positioning per provider requests.
• Implements radiation safety guidelines and protection practices.
• Navigate the EMR system effectively.
• Perform basic radiology tasks and follow protocols.
• Conduct mobile imaging, EKG, cardiac monitor placement, and DEXA procedures.
