Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of Associates program in Radiologic Technology or Certification from a Credentialed Radiology School, with ARRT Certification.
• Minimum of one year of previous experience.
• Current State licensure and ARRT certification.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient and exam accurately and document history.
• Demonstrate proper positioning and radiographic techniques for high-quality exams.
• Follow infection control standards and standard precautions.
• Educate patients regarding procedures and related information.
• Operate equipment properly as observed and audited.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Demonstrate professional patient care and excellent customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist Radiologist with Arthrogram procedures; maintain sterile technique.
