Job Summary and Qualifications

Our Imaging Team is committed and caring. We seek a Radiology Tech to perform routine diagnostic procedures, including clinical X-ray films, in a careful, compassionate, and respectful manner, prioritizing patient care.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Performing procedures accurately and timely.
• Assisting with contrast media administration per departmental policies.
• Preparing and positioning patients and equipment safely.
• Obtaining high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images.
• Communicating effectively with patients and radiologists regarding findings and histories.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or 2-year program from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology school.
• ARRT Certification.
• Florida medical imaging license.
• Preferred: 1 year hospital experience.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs.
