Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a full-time Radiology Technologist to perform radiographic imaging to assist in diagnosis and treatment. The candidate will prepare patients and equipment, and conduct radiographic exams in various settings, including the emergency department and operating room, using Siemens, Samsung, and Carestream systems.

The role welcomes new grads and experienced technologists; CPR certification is preferred and a sign-on bonus is available for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology or higher.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))) and ARRT registration.
• Licenses such as IEMA (Illinois) or equivalent for other regions.
• No experience required; new grads and experienced technologists welcome.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment, ensuring high-quality customer service and professionalism.
• Perform radiographic examinations independently, including portable and emergency room procedures.

Role Overview

This position is for a full-time Radiology Technologist responsible for performing radiographic imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment. The role involves working independently to prepare patients and equipment, conducting radiographic exams in various settings including emergency and operating rooms, and managing portable imaging tasks using Siemens, Samsung, and Carestream equipment.

• Perform radiographic examinations independently, including portable and emergency room procedures.
• Occasionally assist in the operating room and handle other departmental tasks.

Additional Details

• Work four days a week (36 hours), overnight shift from Monday to Thursday.
