Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to administer x-rays, prepare rooms and equipment, and ensure quality control. You will document in Centricity EMR and GE PACS, supporting clinic throughput as an MA when needed.

The role requires ARRT certification and current Medical Assistant credentials, BLS, and annual competency assessments, with a Monday–Friday 1st shift schedule. Join Freeman’s not-for-profit health system serving multiple communities in MO and beyond.

Qualifications

• Certified by and registered in good standing with ARRT.
• Current certification/registration as a credentialed Medical Assistant.
• AHA BLS for healthcare providers within 30 days.
• Clinic competency assessment annually by transcript due date.

Responsibilities

• Administers x-rays to patients.
• Prepares x-rays room, equipment and supplies.
• Performs quality control on x-ray equipment monthly.
• Acts within the scope as an MA as necessary to assist with throughput of the clinics.
• Completes all pertinent documentation within Centricity EMR & GE PACS.
