Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT (RT) credential required.
• LRT licensure in Kansas within 3 months of employment.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patient/family accurately and to customer satisfaction.
• Maintain all imaging equipment appropriately.
• Perform exams and assist with diagnostic procedures in compliance with state scope of practice.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team.
• Assist Radiologic MSL physician as needed for procedures.
• Adhere to standards of care and maintain licensure and competencies.
• Perform diagnostic radiology exams safely with ALARA principles.
• Maintain patient records and assemble data for radiologist review.
• Review patient history and obtain appropriate orders.
• Support a patient-centered, collaborative clinical workflow.
