Job summary

United Medical Systems (UMS) seeks a Radiologic/Lithotripsy Technologist to support mobile lithotripsy procedures. You will travel to various facilities within your territory, becoming the primary on-site expert for lithotripsy equipment and patient care.

The role offers paid on-the-job training and strong collaboration with clinical and operations teams. Responsibilities include operating lithotripters, ensuring safe patient positioning, and maintaining equipment for transport.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification required; ARRT eligible considered.
• Current BLS certification or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Able to move and setup lithotripsy equipment for transport.
• Willingness for occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced lithotripters for kidney stone treatment.
• Travel to facilities within assigned territory as UMS representative.
• Provide hands-on patient care and support OR teams.
• Receive paid on-the-job training in mobile lithotripsy systems.

Schedule:

Full-time | Guaranteed 80 hours per pay period/flexible and changing schedule

This is not your typical imaging role — it’s a hands‑on, patient care driven position where you will become the knowledgeable expert for mobile lithotripsy procedures.

• Supportive structure – Consistent support from our operations and clinical teams, even while working independently. Strong communication is required between all personnel.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification (required)/ ARRT eligible
• State Radiologic Technologist License – as required
• Current BLS (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Able to move, set up, teardown, and prepare equipment for transport.
• Potential for occasional overnight stays
