Job summary

Medical City Arlington is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiologic procedures in alignment with Texas state protocols and department guidelines. You will work under the Chief Rad Tech, Imaging Manager, and Medical Staff to support patient flow, provide education, and lead technical staff.

Responsibilities include ensuring patient needs in the imaging area, maintaining high productivity and quality standards, and communicating effectively.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer credential.
• Vocational School Graduate credential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the customer needs of the radiology area of the Imaging Department.
• Demonstrates knowledge of clinical procedures, equipment and policies required for job performance.
• Collaborates with other department leadership to develop and implement methods to achieve goals.
• Maintains and achieves daily productivity and quality assurance standards set by management.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
