Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diverse diagnostic radiographic procedures across inpatient, ER, OR, and outpatient settings. You will ensure patient safety, document information, and manage contrast usage while maintaining ALARA principles and accurate image labeling.

The role requires on-site work, flexibility for off-site coverage, and ongoing license maintenance. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: Two year AMA accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Licensure/Registration: ARRT registered or registry eligible; MA DPH Radiography license; BLS.
• Experience: Clinical internship in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures to produce images for diagnosis and treatment.
• Obtain and document patient information for exams and record use of IV/oral contrast.
• Operate RIS with accuracy and label images with patient data and technologist initials.
• Ensure image quality using PACS and maintain ALARA radiation doses.
• Move about the department and hospital, assist off-sites as needed, and train staff.
