Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by state.
• Two modalities national certification required (ARRT).
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained.
• Familiar with state and federal regulations.
• One year of acute clinical radiography experience required.
• Graduate of ARRT-accredited program.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures).
• Serves as primary contact for patients ensuring quality service.
• Participates in Performance Improvement and Quality Control activities.
• Maintains department supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Oversees radiology operations in absence of Manager/Director.
• Supports scheduling for sub-departments.
• Transmits images to PACS.
• Promotes teamwork and customer service.
