RediMed/Business Health in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Radiology Technologist II to perform advanced diagnostic imaging, operate and maintain x-ray equipment, and ensure patient safety while delivering high-quality images. You will collaborate with the healthcare team and provide patient education as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in an Invasive Lab setting preferred.
• ARRT certification and state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Operates, monitors, and maintains radiographic/x-ray equipment during procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging.
• Educates patients and families about pre-, during-, and post-procedure events and instructions.
• Assists management in in-service training on radiology equipment and radiation safety.
• Performs all assigned functions for invasive imaging procedures per safety standards.
• Monitors vital signs during procedures and relays information to medical staff.
• Maintains accurate patient records and documentation of charges.
• Ensures paperwork is properly signed, dated, and time-stamped by physicians.
