Job summary

Freeman Health System in Springdale, AR is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographs to departmental standards, ensuring patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality images.

You will collaborate with clinicians, maintain equipment, teach students, and participate in process improvements. ARRT certification and BLS are required; two years of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and current in good standing.
• BLS certification from AHA or obtained within 60 days.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic sciences program; B.S. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures with diagnostic quality per protocols.
• Communicate effectively with peers, physicians, and leaders.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient care environment.
• Assist with student teaching and education.
• Ensure correct patient identification and proper procedure ordering.
• Scan documents into PACS for radiologist interpretation.
