Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures while ensuring patient safety and quality of imaging.

The role focuses on accurate patient identification, exam selection, and maintaining high standards of care throughout the radiology suite. The position requires ARRT-recognized education or registry eligibility with registry planned within 12 months, NJ licensure, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an ARRT recognized education program, or ARRT registered, or ARRT registry eligible. Must pass registry within 1 year of hire.
  • NJ staff must have current New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist License and must be registered before date of hire.
  • Current BLS certification required within three months of hire; history of computer usage experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies patient and exam and performs diagnostic radiographic services with care and quality.
  • Maintains continuity of care and educates radiological procedures to patients.
  • Rotates through all areas of diagnostic radiology; adheres to downtime procedures.
