Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide radiographic imaging under physician supervision and participate in quality improvement. The role may support front desk tasks, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, and patient intake as needed, with an emphasis on compassionate care and patient safety.

Minimum requirements include AMA-accredited radiologic tech education, ARRT registration, BLS, and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Six month experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Must complete and maintain in the Career Ladder Portfolio to be considered for Radiology Tech 2.
• Depending on departmental business needs, may be required to be competent in vitals signs, phlebotomy, EKG, front desk duties including quick registration, etc.
• Change agility and flexibility a must.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging including under the general direction of a physician.
• Participates in department quality improvement processes.
• Support department patient workflow (front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient intake).
• Estimated pay range for this position is $30.00 - $39.00 / hour depending on experience.
