Job summary

Piedmont Mountainside Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographs and patient services across all age groups. You will operate imaging equipment, follow established protocols, and contribute to a safe dose management program.

The role requires graduation from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited training, with ARRT and BLS certifications upon hire. No prior experience is required for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• No prior work experience required.
• ARRT certification and BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Provide patient services using imaging modalities.
• Provides patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
• Demonstrates competence and proficiency in performing all radiological procedures on patients of all age groups.
• Positions patient, selects the correct protocol, and utilizes all required equipment.
• Adhere to Radiation Safety Policies and the principles of a viable dose reduction program.
