Position is full-time, 36 hours/week, with flexible shifts. Call and holiday rotation. Hourly rate, non-exempt, union position.
SIGN ON BONUS: The bonus amount is $5,000. 25% paid after the probationary period, 25% at 6 months, and 50% after the first year of employment.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Quality Improvement
Participate actively in hospital-wide Quality Improvement programs, support department-specific initiatives, suggest process improvements, report quality issues, and commit to organizational excellence.
Community and Emergency Preparedness
As a PVH employee, participate in emergency/disaster preparedness planning and drills, and respond to real-life emergencies within your scope of practice.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate from an AMA-approved radiologic technology school, hold a Maine license, and be registered with the ARRT. Develop or have experience in CT and/or Mammo modalities. Must have or develop competency in multiple imaging modalities, including X-Ray, fluoroscopy, portable X-ray, CT, Bone Densitometry, C-arm, Mammography, CR, DR, and hospital IT systems.
