Job summary

LMH Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology exams with an empathetic and instructional approach to patient care. The role requires adherence to state licensure and Radiology protocols, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining patient safety.

You will support the MSL physician and collaborate across imaging services to deliver high-quality care. Ideal candidates hold ARRT (RT) registration, Kansas licensure within 3 months, and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports LMH Health mission and patient care
• Explains procedures to patients/families clearly and to satisfaction
• Maintains and calibrates imaging equipment as required
• Operates radiology equipment for diagnostic procedures per protocols
• Assists Radiology physicians and adheres to ALARA radiation safety standards
• Completes exams and assembles data for radiologist review
• Generates exam charges in Radiology information system
• Maintains patient confidentiality and accurate records
• Reviews patient history and ensures proper orders are obtained
• Performs a range of diagnostic radiology exams safely and efficiently
