• Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 10 Hour Shifts, 4 Days per Week
• Monday through Friday
• Rotating Day Off
• Shift from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Holiday Rotation Required (1-2 per year)

Overview

Missouri Baptist Medical Center is an acute care hospital in St. Louis County offering comprehensive medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer treatment, women and infants services, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound, and pain management. It features a 24-hour adult emergency department and a separate pediatric emergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

The Radiology Department at Missouri Baptist Medical Center is a full-service, diagnostic center dedicated to delivering high-quality imaging services promptly and compassionately, including same-day results to physicians.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging radiographic procedures for adult and pediatric patients to aid in diagnosis and treatment of disorders.

Responsibilities

1. Prepares patients and equipment for procedures, providing instructions with professionalism and high customer service standards.
2. Performs radiographic imaging independently, including on-call situations, portable exams, and other assigned tasks.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Associate degree or equivalent from a trade school

Experience

• No prior experience required

Licenses & Certifications

• IEMA - Illinois only, excluding MRI
• Radiology Technologist - Registered

Preferred Requirements

Experience

• Less than 2 years of experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
