Job summary

Eastside Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiologic equipment and perform diagnostic procedures per established standards. You will provide patient services using imaging modalities and care for neonatal to geriatric patients.

The role includes advanced imaging such as fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures, with complex technical care as needed. 2 years of experience preferred; ARRT and BCLS certifications required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• Minimum 2 years radiology experience.
• ARRT certification required upon hire.
• BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to make diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
• Provides patient care to all age groups: neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
• Demonstrates ability to perform advanced diagnostic imaging (fluoroscopy).
• Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
