Job summary

USPI Swift Surgery Center of Reno is seeking a motivated Radiology Technologist - PRN to join our team. The Radiology Technologist will operate C-Arm and portable x-ray equipment under physician supervision in a high-volume ambulatory surgery center.

The role emphasizes sterile field support, collaboration with surgeons and staff, and adherence to Joint Commission standards. Monday through Friday daytime hours with no on-call, nights, weekends, or holiday shifts are offered to the successful

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology Technology or XRay Technology.
ARRT Registered
CPR Current (accredited by AHA)
1+ years of experience in C-Arm and Portable x-rays in operating room setting
Knowledgeable of local, state, federal and Joint Commission Regulations.
Must possess independent decision making skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients and families.
Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.

Responsibilities

Operate imaging and radiology equipment under physician direction in a fast-paced ASC.
Provide sterile field assistance during operating room and other procedures.
