Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic Cedar Park is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures with precise patient positioning, exposure settings, and safety. You will support diagnosis while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork within ARC.

Responsibilities include QC images, protecting patients, communicating with staff, complying with Texas Medical Board requirements, and adhering to HIPAA and OSHA policies. Regular hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; ARC offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a program in Radiologic Technology that meets Texas certification of Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist.
• High school diploma or equivalent; AMA-approved radiologic technology training.
• At least one year of related work experience; experience with digital radiography; PACS familiarity.
• Current licensure as a Registered Technologist through the Texas Medical Board; ARRT certification; current BLS CPR.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic X-ray procedures with patient positioning and exposure settings.
• QC images after taking; ensure safety and image quality.
• Provides patient protection following safety standards and HIPAA guidelines.
• Notifies supervisor of equipment repair needs and maintenance.
• Adheres to OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies.
• Maintains attendance and participates in required meetings.
