Job summary

CoxHealth's Hamra Center in Springfield, MO, seeks a Radiologic Technologist to independently perform radiology procedures under physician supervision, following established standards to produce optimal images while prioritizing patient welfare and confidentiality. You will support didactic training of radiology students and collaborate with a caring team.

The role requires ARRT accreditation and preferred 1–2 years of related experience; Associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of current diagnostic radiology technical information.
  • Proficient in using computers and computer systems.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform radiology procedures per established policies to produce optimum images.
  • Assist in didactic training of radiology students.
  • Maintain patient welfare, confidentiality, and comfort.
