Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in Wesley Chapel, FL, is seeking a Radiology Technologist to produce diagnostic images for pediatric care. You will ensure high-quality images and comply with safety standards for patient protection and imaging protocols.

Responsibilities include selecting exposure factors, operating DR equipment, and using PACS/RIS systems to support timely radiologist interpretations. Requires AMA-accredited Radiography training, Florida license, ARRT, and BLS.

Qualifications

Satisfactory completion of Radiography program from an AMA-accredited Radiography school.
Florida State Radiography License is required.
ARRT registration is required or current licensure status as applicable.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

Produces and evaluates radiological images to assist the radiologist with timely interpretation of these images for the treatment of patients.
Adheres to image quality and safety policies established by Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and regulatory bodies.
Determines appropriate exposure factors with analytical skills.
Operates DR fixed and portable imaging equipment and uses PACS and RIS.
