Job summary

Watson Clinic is seeking a Radiology Technologist to operate radiographic equipment, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images. You will document x-ray requests, follow ALARA safety practices, and assist with emergencies under physician supervision.

The role requires ARRT certification, Florida licensure, and CPR within 90 days of employment, with a focus on safe, accurate imaging and patient care in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; completion of accredited Radiology Technologist program.
• ARRT certification required.
• FL licensure as Radiology Technologist required.
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiographic equipment and prepares patient and environment for examinations.
• Produces diagnostic radiographs per department standards and protocols; documents on x-ray requests.
• Assists with emergency code situations per clinic policies; follows ALARA principles.
• Demonstrates proper patient positioning and techniques to secure quality images.
• Functions under supervision of licensed practitioner and demonstrates professional judgment.
