Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) in Flagstaff is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to support high-quality imaging services across our Flagstaff clinic.

Join a patient-centered imaging team with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a full-time schedule. You’ll perform radiology procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, and travel to other sites as needed while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology is required.
• ARRT certification current and in good standing is required.
• State Radiologic Technologist license is required.
• 1–2 years of hospital or clinic experience.
• Knowledge of radiology procedures, safety protocols, and workflow.
• Ability to operate imaging equipment, PACS, and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiologic procedures as ordered by physicians and clinical providers.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning during imaging exams.
• Travel to additional clinics as needed to support patient demand.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all facility safety standards.
• Follow radiology policies, procedures, and quality protocols.
• Operate imaging equipment, PACS, and related computer systems.
