Job summary

A healthcare facility in California is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist responsible for providing radiological care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of conventional Radiology and be able to operate X-ray equipment and PACS. Responsibilities include preparing the exam room and educating patients, as well as potential competencies in additional imaging areas like CT or MRI. Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of conventional Radiology and be able to operate all X-ray equipment and PACS.
• Competency in addition to conventional radiography and working knowledge in at least one other area (CT, MRI, or Interventional Radiology) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for radiological care to patients of all ages.
• Prepare exam room, equipment, supplies, and medications for patient procedures.
• Educate patients regarding procedures.
