The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform fixed and mobile radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures across multiple hospital sites, supporting diagnostic imaging for patient care.
The role emphasizes patient education and involvement in quality assessment, under the direction of the Imaging Supervisor/Manager. Active licensure and ARRT certification are required, with preference for prior radiographer experience.
The Diagnostic division encompasses stationary and portable radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment located in University Hospital, East Hospital, Brain and Spine Hospital, Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital, Harding Hospital, James Cancer Hospital and OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations. Plain film and fluoroscopic procedures are performed utilizing state of the art Digital Radiography equipment.
The Radiologic Technologist performs fixed and mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic procedures for the diagnosis/treatment of disease or injury. In addition, the position provides patient education and performs quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Imaging Supervisor/Manager.
For Hire: Current Radiography license, ARRT (R) required. Current Radiography ODH license required. Previous radiographer experience is preferred.
