Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in routine imaging and operating room.
• CT experience required.
• Registered with ARRT.
• Texas licensure as a Medical Radiologic Technologist – General.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality diagnostic radiology procedures under radiologists and physicians.
• Assists with interventional procedures in the department and OR.
• Maintains aseptic technique within sterile field.
• Operates radiology equipment safely and processes images via PACS and CR.
• Proficient in X-ray and fluoroscopy exams, including C-arm, O-arm and CT.
• Proficient with portable exams and C-Arm operation in OR.
• Flexibility to take department call after hours, weekends and holidays.
