Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join the Radiology department on a full-time days schedule (4 x 10s with rotating weekends/holidays). The role involves performing Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures, ensuring image quality, and handling image transmission to PACS in line with HFAP/TJC/local regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities and transmits images to PACS.
