Job summary

Covenant Health in Texas (Lubbock area) is seeking Radiologic Technologists for multiple on-site openings. You’ll work with advanced imaging equipment, guide patients with calm expertise, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure clear, accurate results across scheduled and urgent exams, including inpatient and campus travel as needed.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an approved School of Radiology Technology and licensure/certifications required at hire.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of an approved School of Radiology Technology.
• Upon Hire: Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License.
• Upon Hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon Hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.
• Preferred: 1 or more years of experience as a Radiology Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Capture radiologic images using advanced imaging equipment.
• Position patients correctly to ensure accurate results.
• Prepare imaging rooms and manage contrast media.
• Maintain meticulous records and collaborate with physicians and nurses.
• Support student learning and participate in multi-campus workflows.
• Travel between Covenant Health campuses as needed.

• Flexibility to work an on-call status as scheduled.
