Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis County seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform general imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients, contributing to accurate diagnosis and timely results.

The role emphasizes patient preparation, safety, and high-quality imaging, with one to two on-call or rotating day shifts. Sign-On Bonus of $5,000 is available for eligible applicants; no weekends, rotating day off, schedule 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate or trade school equivalent.
• No Experience required.
• Licenses & Certifications: IEMA - Illinois only (excl MRI); Radiology Technologist - Reg; CPR.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures; informs patient on instructions with high level of customer service.
• Performs radiographic imaging examinations independently, in on-call situations (if applicable), portable exams, and other tasks assigned by the department.

Role Purpose

The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging radiographic procedures to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Informs patient on instructions and what the procedure entails with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Performs radiographic imaging examinations independently, in on-call situations (if applicable), portable exams, and other tasks assigned by the department.
