Job summary

Orthopaedic Associates of Maine in Portland, ME is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist to join our close-knit orthopedic team. The role involves orthopedic x-rays, patient positioning, and accurate documentation in the EMR, with a 32-hour-per-week schedule.

Qualifications

  • ARRT Certification and Maine State RT license required.
  • Degree in Radiography from an accredited program.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Orthopedic imaging experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

  • Position and transport patients safely and comfortably for imaging.
  • Perform high-quality orthopedic x-rays in a digital environment.
  • Ensure proper patient identification, image quality, and documentation.
  • Protect patients, staff, and self from unnecessary radiation exposure.
  • Accurately document all imaging procedures in the EMR.
  • Collaborate with orthopedic providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow.

Full-Time Radiologic TechnologistPortland, ME | 32 Hours/WeekAre you a Radiologic Technologist who enjoys patient interaction, variety, and being part of a close-knit orthopedic team?
