Job summary

RadNet in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality radiologic exams that support life-changing medical decisions.

In this role, you’ll be a patient champion, providing comfort and clear communication during exams, while collaborating with physicians to ensure seamless patient care and maintaining strict data privacy and on-site security. A strong team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

  • ARRT certification is required.
  • State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is required.
  • BLS certification is required.
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality radiologic exams that support patient care decisions.
  • Be a patient champion by providing comfort, reassurance, and clear communication during exams.
  • Collaborate with physicians by responding promptly to inquiries and contributing to seamless care.
  • Protect patient health information and maintain security of on-site medications, cash, and equipment.
  • Foster teamwork and positive relationships with colleagues and patients.

Job description

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:00am-7:00pm with an 8 hour shift. A $5 shift differential applies after 5pm.

  • Collaborate with Physicians: Respond promptly to physician inquiries and contribute to seamless patient care.
  • Lead with Integrity: Protect patient health information, respect cultural sensitivities, and safeguard on-site medications, cash, and property in line with legal and company standards.
  • Foster Team Spirit: Build positive, cooperative relationships with colleagues and patients alike.
