Advocate Health is seeking a Diagnostic Technologist for the Radiology: Xray department at Atrium Health Union in Monroe, NC. This full-time night shift (40 hours/week) runs Tue–Fri, 9:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
The role performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under supervision and supports patient care while coordinating daily exam scheduling. Minimum requirements include ARRT-recognized radiologic technology education, registry eligibility within 1 year, and CPR certification.

Education Graduate of an institution accredited by an agency that ARRT recognizes in Radiologic Technology.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and competency appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served.
Required strenuous physical effort while assisting patients from wheelchairs and stretchers. Handles equipment and monitoring supplies. Must have good oral and written communication skills to interact with patients and hospital staff. May be required to frequently stretch, bend, twist, squat or kneel in operating radiographic equipment. Must be able to use hands for power gripping, speed work and precision during manipulation of radiographic equipment and in the case of injured and diseased patients. Vision and hearing for distances of up to 10 feet is necessary. May be exposed to various physical conditions throughout the workday such as walking on hard surfaces, climbing stairs, and being near moving equipment. Able to adapt to changes in temperature and humidity.
