MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA is seeking a Radiology Technician Student for a part-time per diem role.

The Radiology Technologist Trainee Program requires an AA degree in imaging or equivalent and eligibility for ARRT registry, with ARRT RT(R) within 12 months of hire. A WA XT license and BLS are essential to begin training and clinical rotations.

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.

• Washington State license as X-Ray Technician (XT license) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment.
• May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies.
• Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team.
