Job summary

Medical City Weatherford, part of the HCA Healthcare network, is seeking a Radiology Technologist (PRN) to support patient imaging across age groups. The role requires accurate positioning, adherence to radiation safety, and collaboration with the radiology team to deliver high-quality diagnostic results.

Qualified applicants will have an Associate Degree in Radiology, ARRT and Texas MRT eligibility or active registration, and current BCLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Radiology.
• Associates Degree in Radiology Required.
• ARRT and Texas Medical Board MRT registered or eligible.
• Current BCLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross at hire or within 1 week of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide Radiology exams for patients from infancy to geriatric.
• Ensure radiation safety, sterile technique and proper film/contrast handling.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Radiologic Technologist will provide optimum patient care while performing Radiology exams for all patients from infancy to the geriatric patient. Responsible for knowledge of human anatomy, routine positioning and specialized view positioning, technical factors and film selection, radiation safety, proper sterile technique and contrast media administration.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of a school of Radiology

• Associates Degree in Radiology Required

• ARRT and Texas Medical Board MRT registered or eligible for registry

• Current BCLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross at hire or within 1 week of hire
