Technician Radiology/Imaging
The Radiology Tech is responsible for operating all diagnostic radiology equipment (i.e. Fluoroscopy room, portable, and DR room), and able to performs all diagnostic radiology procedures associated with each type of equipment.
Essential Job Duties:
The Radiology Tech assists the Radiologist during procedures by preparing the room, tray and supplies and by anticipating the needs of the physician, nursing staff and patients. Operate either CT or MR equipment, analyze body habitus to correctly adjust technical factors, position the body correctly, review physicians written orders or obtain pertinent clinical data to consistently produce high-quality images. Performs other related duties as requested by the Imaging Manager/ Lead or Director including but not limited to: stocking rooms, maintaining a clean work area, transporting patients, etc.
