Job summary

Partnership Health in Somerset County is seeking a reliable X-Ray Technician to join our outpatient family practice. The role combines diagnostic radiology and Medical Assistant responsibilities, with training provided for those stronger in X-ray than MA tasks.

The schedule includes Thursday and Friday 10-hour shifts, plus alternating Saturdays and Sundays, totaling about 25 hours per week. Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, hold NJ licensure,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current radiologic licensure/certification as required by New Jersey regulations.
• ARRT certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
• Medical Assistant experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Follow all radiation safety and infection control guidelines.
• Maintain imaging equipment and report any operational issues.
• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Obtain and document vital signs and patient histories.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies.
• Support front-office and clinical operations as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.

Our integrated healthcare model offers convenient access to a wide range of services, including Family Medicine, X-Ray, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy services—all under one roof.

Partnership Health is seeking a reliable, patient-focused X-Ray Technician to join our healthcare team. This position includes both radiology and Medical Assistant responsibilities. Candidates with strong X-ray experience but limited Medical Assistant experience are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

X-Ray Duties

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures

Medical Assistant Duties

Schedule
