HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a Radiology Tech to perform X-rays and support patient care in a collaborative team environment. You will triage patients, prepare and transmit images for radiologist review, and assist with patient transfers and vital signs documentation.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, Florida licensing, ARRT accreditation, and BLS within 30 days of employment; two years of related experience are preferred.

Formación

• ARRT certification required or preferred
• Must be licensed by the state of Florida
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Two years of clinical experience in related field preferred

Responsabilidades

• Perform accurate X-Rays as ordered by the provider while following ALARA radiation safety principles
• Prepare and transmit images to the Radiologist for over-read
• Room patients and record vital signs and patient history
• Assist patients and providers with walking, transfer, and exam prep
• Maintain room cleanliness and stock of supplies
• Transport patients as needed
