St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, CO is seeking a Radiology Tech to provide quality imaging services within the medical imaging department. You will perform diagnostic radiology exams, ensure ALARA safety, and maintain excellent patient care and communication.

You will operate imaging equipment, assist with patient preparation, document procedures, and contribute to a team that supports students and staff while upholding current standards of practice.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. is required.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging including Surgery and Trauma.
• One (1) year post-certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers.
• Registered Technologist, Radiology R.T. (R) (ARRT) is required.
• Current Basic Life Support from American Heart Association is required.
• Kansas LRT (applicable entities).

• Performs diagnostic radiology procedures with ALARA safety.
• Produces quality images accurately, completely and timely.
• Prepares patients, explains procedures and assists with positioning.
• Observes patient and equipment, reports unusual occurrences and documents conditions.
• Maintains smooth patient flow, scheduling and optimal use of equipment and resources.
• Inputs charges and completes hospital/medical imaging paperwork for each exam.
