Job summary

Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY, is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a full-time role. The position involves 4 x 10 hour shifts from 11:00am to 9:30pm and requires radiology credentials. MRI, Mammography and Ultrasound credentials are preferred but not required, with cross training available.

Qualifications

• Arranges patients for radiological examinations

• Prevents patient from being exposed to unnecessary radiation
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
• Typically reports to a chief technologist or manager

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited program required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Registration as a technologist by the ARRT required
• License to practice in the state of Kentucky is required
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Experience preferred
• MRI, Mammography and Ultrasound registration preferred but not required - Cross training available
