Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group seeks a Rad Tech Medical Assistant to support staff and physicians by gathering essential patient information and performing radiographic exams with general equipment. The MA/RT will be a team member with responsibilities aligned to training and demonstrated competencies.

Qualifications include Basic Medical Assistant experience, a Rad Tech license or Grandfathered LMR, and BLS, with Active AART and KBMIRT credentials preferred. Indiana LMR context applies.

Responsibilities

• Assists the staff & physicians by collecting pertinent patient information needed to determine physical and psychological needs, address and identify health problems.
• Performs radiographic exams as required with general equipment.
• The MA/RT functions as a member of the healthcare team with responsibilities commensurate with training and demonstrated competencies
